Lithurin® LC Rider pad system

Advantages:

Polished surface while maintaining the cement paste in the surface. No ballast or steel fiber appears
Lithurin treatment increases the wear resistance and the density of the surface by up to 20 times. Calcium deposits are removed from the concrete surface.

Lithurin DENS with LC Rider PAD 800/1000.
STAINWASH “stain protection” with LC Rider PAD 1500/3000.

 

Execution: Diamond polishing

Diamond polish after Lithurin HARD and LC Rider Pad 320.
With water and LC Rider Pad 400D/800D
To increase shine and minimize discoloration on the surface.

 

Conditions:

Power troweled concrete surface.
Only water and plastic as curing.
Concrete quality min C30/37.
Floor must be hardened for at least 7 days at temperatures of 15 - 20 degrees.
Floor must be hardened for at least 14 days at temperatures of 10 - 15 degrees.
Lower concrete quality prolongs hardening times.

 

The surface must be dry prior to treatment with Lithurin HARD.
Lithurin Hard increasing density and wear resistance.

 

Apply min 0,15 l/m². We recommend 0.2 l/m².

 

After application Lithurin HARD polish the edges with Edge machine and LC PAD 120/320.
Apply water on the surface and squeegee out the excess, so that the combi scouring machine can clean surface.

 

After application of Lithurin HARD, polish the surface with LC Rider PAD 320.
Do not allow material to dry.

 

After polishing Lithurin HARD with LC Rider Pad 320, a glossy surface should appear.
At lower consumption of Lithurin HARD surface may not shine directly after polishing.

 

Run with combi scouring round walls with LC Pad 320.
If the surface starts to dry, water.

 

Clean the surface with a scrubber and LC Pad 320.
If the surface starts to dry, water.

 

NOTE! Never dry polish as it is dangerous to breathe in the dust from crystals.

 

After polishing Lithurin HARD with LC Rider Pad 320, a glossy surface should appear.

Apply Lithurin DENS with sprayer. Allow the surface to dry. Polish with LC Rider PAD 800/1000. After Clean with a scrubbing machine with LC PAD 800/1000.

 

At low temperatures (to save time)
Apply Lithurin DENS same way as HARD. Polish with LC Rider PAD 800/1000 and absorb before the surface begins to dry.

 

To increase the stain protection
Apply Stain Wash with sprayer and mop of for best results. Let dry.
Dry polish with LC Rider PAD 1500/3000. After Clean with combi scouring machine and LC Pad 1500/3000.
